Elegant European-style luxury mountain condo

The condo is available for short-term or long-term rental throughout the year. Rates vary, typically from $300 per night to $1100 per night, depending on the season and the on-going Park City events. For example, Christmas week, Sundance Film Festival, and Presidents Weekend are considered “premium” periods, while the late spring and fall seasons are considered “off-peak.” That said, we do occasionally offer last-minute specials, so don’t be afraid to email or give us a call and ask. We also offer discounts for longer stays.

Deposits are required to hold a reservation, and payment in full is required before the start of your visit.

We have a local Park City property manager for our condo to solve any problems that might pop up or to deal with any building emergencies during your stay. He is on call 24/7 for your convenience.
